Peter A. Ciolino has been involved in the appraisal of Real Estate for over 35 years.  He has participated in the appraisal of over 35,000 residential, commerical and industrial assignments in the State of New Jersey.  In the tax appeal industry alone, Mr. Ciolino has appraised over two billion dollars worth of Residential and Commercial Real Estate, and has appeared as a property tax expert before the Bergen, Passaic, Morris, Essex, Sussex and Hudson County Tax Boards, along with the State of New Jersey Tax Court.
Mr. Ciolino is Certified by the State of New Jersey as a Tax Assessor (CTA) and General Appraiser (license #RG01028) and has taken numerous courses with the Society of Real Estate Appraisers and Independent Fee Appraiser Organizations.  Mr. Ciolino is the principal at Express Appraisal Group, LLC overseeing a group of Associates which cover the entire State of New Jersey.
